Graphics Co-ordinator


Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen within our Graphics Studio. Reporting to the Studio Manager the main purpose of the role is to support our Litho and Display businesses.

Key responsibilities include

• To pre-flight customer supplied artwork, attend briefs, and liaise with outside Repro agencies

• Check and supply proofs for approval

• Keep job records updated and digital files catalogued

• To attend print passes

Skills Knowledge & Experience

• Mac experience essential, with software such as Illustrator and Photoshop

• An in depth understanding of repro.

• Screen and Litho print knowledge preferred

• To identify print and/or graphics issues to quickly resolve potential problems

• Ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure

• Exceptional communication skills

• Keen, flexible, hardworking and enthusiastic

A new role has evolved within our Litho Laminating business. Reporting to the Litho Laminating Sales Manager the main purpose of the role is to support CRP’s external sales and marketing activity with the opportunity to be trained for a future New Business Development Manager position.

Key Responsibilities Include

• The collation of relevant news from the market Telephone canvassing and setting up appointments on behalf of the sales organisation.

• Working closely with both the Sales & Marketing Director and the sales management group.

• Within 6-12 months commence customer visits alongside the Sales Manager with a view to building responsibilities for both selling (to new customers) and maintain and managing existing customer relationships.

• Ability to research and prepare customer facing documentation.

Working within our Pre-Print & Coatings business the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills in motivating and managing a pre-print crew to produce work of the highest standards.

A proven ability to enhance production efficiencies in support of the businesses commitment to improving operational standards is also critical to the role.

Remuneration package for all of the above will be dependent on experience. Benefits include holidays of 25 days per annum (pro-rata) plus statutory holidays; a contributory pension scheme and child care voucher scheme.
