Mechanical Engineer
We require a time served, mechanical based engineer with City and Guilds or equivalent qualifications. Candidates must be familiar with machine backgrounds, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems. Machining, welding and pipe fitting skills are also preferable
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, operating on a rotating shift basis (6.00am to 2.00pm and 2.00pm to 10.00pm).
Trainee Print Operative
After an initial training period the successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of our printing presses.
Applicants must have experience of working within a manufacturing environment and previous knowledge of operating similar equipment.
The candidate will be required to work on a 3 shift system; 6.00am 1.30pm, 1.30pm 9.00pm and nights (Monday to Thursday) 9.00pm -6.00am. The business regularly works weekend overtime and flexibility to support this requirement is a benefit.
Trainee Asitrade Operator
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the Asitrade Delivery Unit.
Applicants must have experience of working within a manufacturing environment and previous knowledge of operating similar equipment.
Hours of work are 6.00am to 1.30pm and 1.30pm to 9.00pm Monday to Friday operating on rotational shifts or day shifts depending on the workload. During our peak season additional night shift working may be required.
Customer Services Administrators
(Full Time and Part Time)
The successful candidates will be responsible for the administration relating to the supply of products and packaging for our Lightweight and Litho Laminating businesses.
We require a customer friendly self motivated individual with a good work ethic and attention to detail who can deliver against agreed deadlines and priorities. The role involves processing customer orders, raising works orders and order acknowledgements, quotation preparation, processing customer enquiries, preparation of stock reports, general administration and providing internal cover for the Commercial Manager. Candidates must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products
Hours of work for the part time role are 20 to 25 hours per week; the hours could be adapted to meet the requirements of the right candidate. The full time role is 37.25 per week.
